====== RCDBManager / Main screen / Start Process / Create ======

Creates a database from the given DAT file. The database is stored in the path defined in menu //File/Settings/RomCenter databases path//. The name of the database is derived from the DAT file being processed. For example, if the treenode processed is **Amstrad CPC\Applications\[BIN] (TOSEC-v2014-10-28_CM).dat**, the name of the created database will be **Amstrad CPC - Applications - [BIN] (TOSEC-v2014-10-28_CM).rdt**, as is the name of the respective TOSEC DAT (also how RomCenter works).
